Terms and Conditions – a4share Gaming Platform Pakistan

01 Introduction

Welcome to a4share. These Terms and Conditions (referred to as "Terms") set out the complete agreement between you as a registered user ("Player", "you") and a4share ("we", "us", "the platform") regarding your access to and use of the a4share website, mobile app, and all associated gaming and betting services offered through them.

a4share operates as an online gaming platform serving adult players in Pakistan. The platform offers sports betting – with a particular focus on Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, and Football – alongside Live Casino games, Slots, and Game Shows. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in PKR, and supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard Bank Transfer, and card payments.

By accessing a4share in any way – whether by browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing a bet – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

02 Eligibility

To register and use a4share, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. a4share is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not permit minors to register, access, or use any part of the platform.
• You must be a real person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of a business.
• You must not be registered under a different name or operate multiple accounts simultaneously. One account per person is the rule, and it is enforced.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under your personal circumstances.
• You must not be under a self-exclusion order or voluntary ban from online gaming platforms at the time of registration.

At any point, a4share may request identity verification documents from you. This is a standard part of responsible gaming practice and is not optional. If you are unable or unwilling to provide the requested documentation, a4share reserves the right to suspend or close your account and withhold any funds until the matter is resolved.

03 Account Registration & Account Rules

3.1 Registration

To access betting and gaming features on a4share, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to maintain exactly one account on a4share. Creating additional accounts – whether using a different name, email address, phone number, payment method, or device – constitutes a breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances or winnings may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials – username, password, and any two-factor authentication details – secure and confidential. a4share will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately via the in-app support channel or by emailing [email protected]. Any bets or transactions placed through your account before you report unauthorised access remain your responsibility.

3.4 Account Verification

a4share may require you to verify your identity at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other point the platform deems appropriate. Requested documents may include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or payment method verification. Accounts with pending verification may have withdrawal functionality suspended until the process is complete.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

a4share processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard Bank Transfer, and bank cards. Mobile wallets are the most commonly used method and generally offer the fastest processing times.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed on the cashier page within your account. These thresholds may be updated from time to time. Attempting to withdraw below the minimum threshold will result in the request being declined.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe stated on the cashier page for each method. Processing times for JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically faster than bank transfers. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name – third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

4.4 No Third-Party Payments

You may only fund your account using payment methods that belong to you personally. Deposits made from a payment account registered to another person will be investigated and may result in account suspension pending a full review.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed through the a4share platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless there is a technical error on our side that affected the bet placement process. Players are responsible for checking bet slips before confirming. In-play bets – particularly for cricket matches, PSL games, and T20 internationals – are subject to the odds available at the exact moment of confirmation, which may differ from pre-match odds.

5.2 Void Bets

a4share reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: a match or event is abandoned, postponed beyond a defined window, or cancelled; the odds were published in error due to a technical fault; a bet was placed after the event outcome was already known (commonly referred to as "past-posting"); or there is clear evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns. Voided bets are returned to your account balance as the original stake in PKR.

5.3 Casino & Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on a4share – including live dealer tables, video slots, crash games, and virtual sports – are provided by third-party game studios. Each game operates under its own published Return to Player (RTP) percentage and game rules. Technical malfunctions during a game session – such as disconnections during a live casino hand – are handled according to the specific game provider's rules, which are accessible within each game interface.

5.4 Maximum Payouts

Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per day, and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant section of the platform. a4share reserves the right to limit stakes or winnings on specific events or for specific accounts where irregular or abusive betting patterns are identified.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers available on a4share are subject to individual terms that are published alongside each promotion. General eligibility requires that your account is fully verified, in good standing, and that you have not previously abused bonus offers on this or any affiliated platform.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on a4share carry a wagering requirement – meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be processed. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each bonus's individual terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion being forfeited.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

a4share operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, using a VPN or other tool to circumvent geographic or account restrictions, placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other behaviour that in our reasonable judgement constitutes deliberate exploitation of promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, the bonus and any associated winnings may be removed and the account may be suspended.

07 Responsible Gaming

a4share is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Online betting and casino games are forms of adult entertainment that carry financial risk. We want players to enjoy the platform within their personal means, with full awareness that losses are a normal part of gaming and that no strategy guarantees consistent profit.

The following self-management tools are available to all registered players within account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Once set, a limit can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Session reminders: Configure timed alerts that notify you of how long you have been active during a gaming session.
• Self-exclusion: Voluntarily block yourself from accessing a4share for a defined period. During self-exclusion, your account is suspended and you will not receive promotional communications.

08 Privacy & Data

Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on a4share, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

a4share collects personal data including your name, CNIC details, contact information, device identifiers, and transaction history for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to request corrections where information is inaccurate, and to request deletion of your data subject to our legal retention obligations. Such requests can be submitted via [email protected].

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on a4share and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, access the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion, chip dumping (in poker-style games), or coordinated play with other accounts.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other tools to mask your true location or identity for the purpose of circumventing platform restrictions.
• Funding your account with proceeds from illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• Sharing your account credentials with another person or allowing another person to operate your account.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after completing legitimate transactions.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from a known bug must be reported and will be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward a4share staff or other players via any communication channel.

10 Account Termination & Suspension

10.1 Termination by a4share

a4share reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for termination include – but are not limited to – breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, identity fraud, underage use, or failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending a full investigation.

10.2 Termination by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Before account closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed in the normal manner. If you have active bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements at the time of closure, those bonuses will be forfeited. Genuine closure requests are irreversible; if you wish to return to the platform after closing your account, a new registration will be required.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. a4share may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to inactive accounts as detailed on the platform's fee schedule. You will be notified before any fee is applied, and reactivating your account by logging in will stop further dormancy fees from accruing.

11 Limitation of Liability

a4share provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our control may cause temporary service disruption.

To the fullest extent permitted, a4share's liability to any player is limited to the value of funds held in that player's account at the time any claim arises. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or any consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

a4share is not liable for losses resulting from a player's own decisions, including decisions made under the influence of alcohol or other substances, decisions made in violation of self-imposed deposit limits, or decisions made after extended gaming sessions.

12 Changes to These Terms

a4share reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address or phone number associated with their account, and a notification will be displayed within the platform upon next login.

Continued use of a4share after notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the changes take effect.

Minor corrections – such as fixing typographical errors, clarifying existing language without changing its meaning, or updating contact information – may be made without prior notice.
